Rosalyn had a great, lengthy career and ran on 25 U.S. national teams. At the 1976 Montreal Olympics, she won a silver medal in the 4x400 relay, and finished 5th in the 400m.

1976 was also the year that Rosalyn broke the American Record, running 50.62. This record stood until 1984.

Rosalyn displayed her great sprint range while winning five individual titles at the Relays, claiming victories at 100m, 200m and 400m.
